An incredible project that deserves more attention; the world’s first all-electric commercial aircraft will fly tomorrow. The crazy bit? It’s a seaplane! A reconditioned de Havilland Canada Beaver.
We're ready, and due to the rapid change in weather have decided to bring the first flight forward by one day. The world’s first all-electric commercial aircraft will now take off on Tuesday, December 10th and will depart from our Richmond (YVR South) location at 8:30am. #ePlane
Sad to hear of the passing of Battle of Britain pilot Flt Lt Maurice Mounsdon, one of the last of ‘The Few’. A great man who we had the pleasure of meeting in Menorca in 2018, during his 100th Birthday celebrations and took time to talk all things flying. Blue skies, Sir.
Bosh. Twitter win today. ✈️ 🚣♀️ 💥
The team have recently returned from their ground-breaking 11 week summer deployment to North America, which took in iconic landmarks such as Manhattan Island, Fort Worth, the Rocky Mountains, Hollywood, and the Golden Gate Bridge then back home to Lincolnshire via Greenland. 2/2

The action-packed evening had us all on the edge of our seats & was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Club’s year. Thanks to @RAFRed1 @rafredarrows for spending such a memorable evening with us & we wish them well for the 2020 tour! See more here http://www.raf.mod.uk/display-teams/red-arrows/us-canada/
Welcome the new guys. Very firmly in green (other than for PR photos 😉).
What an incredibly simple, yet humbling outcome to a bittersweet story. Bravo.
If you saw my tweet re: the weather then can I wholeheartedly apologise to the wonderful @metoffice (and forecasters) about whose diagram I posted! Frustrations a plenty with this recent weather and in no way was I inferring it was their fault. My slip up entirely.
The @Aerobility ‘Aviators Ball’ takes place this Saturday. A charity we’ve supported for years thanks to their great work. There are a number of Red Arrows prizes YOU can bid for in their silent auction- including one of my Red Fg suits! 😂 Get bidding!
